Anyone seen this before - slider wear

1991 Phazer ST is wearing the sides of the front tips of the slider. I thought I had a bad track clip but could not find any and it is the same on both sides. I run my track looser than spec but tight enough not to ratchet.

I am not familiar with that track , but something is not aligned correctly. Bent skid rail? Or bad drive bearing on that side?

drivers walking around on the shaft? never saw one do that at the front of the skid before.

The sliders are fairly new. Only one season. I don't recall seeing any damage like this on the old ones when I changed them.

Rails are good. If I had an alignment problem I figure it would wear on the front on one side and the rear on the other. I'll be changing sliders soon and can check to see that the bearing is good and the drivers are not sliding on the shaft.
