Then it calls for a Yellow/White/Yellow Primary Spring PN 90501-603L2-00

With the secondary, they call for a red spring for the 1999 spec, with a 60* twist.
If your secondary spring does not have a small paint mark, I would replace it as well.

Ok so I ordered those weights and primary spring. Do you have a part number for the secondary spring?

That says it is stock for a 98. Just want to be sure this is the one I want? Thanks

Ok sorry. I found where it is also listed for the 99. I ordered it. Fingers crossed the set up works better than what I had.
Also someone in here here said I am losing performance with the mbrp can I have on my sled. Can you confirm that my stock muffler would be better performance and what about a bender can??

You may lose a couple hp with the silencer, but will have nothing to do with what your describing.
This setup will work well for you.
