I appreciate the help I’m mainly just worried about jetting and basically looking for someone who can confirm that 143.8 145 145 pto to mag should be sufficient enough jetting for these pipes with no additional mods with stock 45 pilots and 2 turns out onfuelscrew

Can’t tell you about those pipes, but I can share some others I have.
Bender - 150 mains, 47.5 pilots,
SLP - 145 mains, 47.5 pilots,
Both have thinned head gasket, guttted airbox, notched reeds.

I remember reading that Bender made the PIs for a while. So I would base jetting with your Tempaflow off of Holtzmans Bender numbers.

And, I believe dynoport made the bender pipes.

I have seen two different sets of instructions on this site, both easy the same thing for jetting.
This one https://totallyamaha.com/snowmobiles/aaTECH/tuningpics/powincsx.jpg has good clutching info as well.
I am using the 89L setup similar to the one listed, works amazing.

Right now I’m jetted according to that setup but clutched to what Turk recommends. 89L w/4.5 g rivet and a 47/41 helix. Unfortunately I haven’t had an opportunity to see if it’s right or not cuz of weather!! Sucks big time. I’m prolly just gonna bump up my main on my pto and run 145’s across all three to feel safer

I would do the same.
