I'm sure a lot of you are aware That Rub thru,s were a common problem on all the triple SRX and SX Vipers. Anyone ever find that to be an issue on the redhead triples?

Eventually all of them will have problems because of the way they were routed under engine. If you thing you have a problem you probably do. Easy to pull, inspect, rewrap with a nice wire loom and reinstall. If you want to run harness back under engine tie a string around front of harness so you can easily pull back through when ready.
