Do you have clutch info for me?

1999 SRX 700 with a 2005 Vector skid 151'' / 2'' finger lug
-Stock motor, air box, carbs.
-Exhaust can
-added Reverse
-Primary clutch wights are 8D-10 (4.5g in both holes) / But have 8D-20 on order
Issue:
- Having trouble keeping RPM below 8700 - 9000 at take off & wide open.

Any clutch recommendations would be appreciated for primary & secondary !!! ???
-goes good now but alway want more!

Thanks for your time !!

Thanks for the info & link couple of bucks
I think I'm getting close !
Present gearing is 21-40 , 8DN-20 should be here soon, but not sure what to start with for weight/ was going to start with 54grams.
Presently installing Reverse.
Pulls hard right now, skis off snow with a flick of my thumb. But over Rev 8700-9000rpm slill my issue.
Ride fields, lakes, ditched, trails, no mountains for me (lost a leg on a motorcycle 35yrs ago& new hip 2yrs ago) that's why I did the raised HD Street Glyde seat. But still an acceleration junkie!
Looking for a CHEEP way to get my stock Ohlins front end up off the snow 3-4" also. Thinking of extending the ski saddles / (stacking 2nd set)?

What are you running for a spring in the drive clutch. Also what how do you have your secondary set up. You might have to stiff a spring in the drive clutch. And when does it go into over rev.

Primary blueberry green blue
secondary silver
Thank for your time & suggestions!
Never seams to want to stop climbing in rpm till 88-8900

Any ideas on secondary spring tention?
I'm not sure what hole it's in now. ?
Helex has been changed too .
have to get back to you on helex & existing tention on silver secondary spring

Well - got thrown a curve ball today!
Reverse I just received have has 23-39 gears in it.
This will definitely bring RPM down & give me a little more top end than the 21-40 in it now.
8DN-20 arrived .
Any suggestions on clutching now?

Take the 40 out of the old and mate it w/ the new 23. It'll still use the same chain. Just change out the chain case but leave your 8DN-10s in there for now. Only make one change at a time.

Mite be wrong, but I'm fairly certain you can't use a 40 tooth bottom gear ( or any other none reverse bottom gear) for a reverse chaincase application.
