1999 Phazer limit straps

Anyone know how long to adjust the bolts for the limit straps? My straps both tore and i ordered new ones. I want to adjust them to spec.
Not sure if they are 10mm, 15mm, 20mm etc...

i usually adjust them with the skid flat like in your pic. you can set them in the middle of the adjustment and go for a ride to see if they are where you want them to be and adjust from there.

Ironically I just set my brother's limiter straps on his 99 phazer just a few weeks ago. I had started out with 10mm thread showing at the top. He complained of too much push or understeer threw corners. I tighten them up to around 20mm and he's been happy with it.

Thanks for the input guys. Straps should be in next week. I'll report back if I find the sweet spot.
