Hey have a 2002 SRX 700,when I start it up ,there are no lights ,runs 2 or 3 minutes then they come on....Any one have any issue like this ,hate to get on the trails and they decide to quit

Few things. But stator comes to mind first. Maybe a harness rubthrough also.

That sounds like a relay issue. There is a white relay just above your left foot when sitting on the sled. The white relay is a load relay that protects the stator from shorts in the wiring system. There was an update relay kit available from Yamaha for the 2000-2002 SRXs that addressed this very issue. When I had my 2002 SRX it occasionally delayed the light coming on in very cold weather.
Yes, frozen relay issue. Mrviper wrote up a TSB on here about removing the relay/harness and take inside use a hair dryer on
