98 vmax 700 sx head torque specs and sequence

I can't find the torque specs and sequence for the headbolts. Also my gaskets don't say up or down, is there a way to tell which side goes up? Thanks

You tighten in two stages the first is 9.4 ft - lb then the second stage is 18 ft - lb then re torque after a good heat cycle. There is a picture in the link that shows the sequence.
