Generally no, they are reusable.
The Reed stop notch mod does help clean up the midrange response , but you obviously have something fare more serious then simple minor tuning issue.
i hadn’t thought about it till now and i’m away for the weekend but is the choke cable too tight and could that cause it to run rich midrange ? or would it be thru the whole powerband? that and adjusting the throttle cable that is too tight is where i’m gonna start when i get back home

in the videos it’s not getting stuck at certain rpms, it’s more me holding it there to show the hesitation/miss i’m at a loss i guess my knowledge isn’t what it should have been to get back into the sport. i did a compression test before i bought it and they were all within between 121 and 124psi and it seemed to run good on the guys stand so i figured it should be good to go

Does it ever backfire? And if I where u I would pull carbs and clean and inspect what size jets are inside even if everything was running fine. Should have 45 pilots 1 1/2 turns out on fuel screw 145 pto 143.8 center 143.8 mag. 142.5 mains is safe too I believe. Also it’s a good idea to check reeds too. When cleaning your carbs make sure to clean airbox well too.

I wouldn’t slack on carbs either. Pull the pin for your float and take out and clean needles and seats. Also get air screws on the mouth of carb

Don't need to sync, jut easy to do with them off the sled.

okay, i have no idea about syncing carbs since i’ve never had to do it before
Thanks at this point it looks like it might be a summer project since it doesn’t seem to want to snow anymore [emoji849] seasons probably over with only 1 decent storm this year.... i had to have picked the worst possible year to get back into the sport

It can go without saying, they probably have too much resistance. And even if they check out OK when cold, they wouldn't be when warm/hot.
