Doe anyone know of a shock adapter for mounting an eyed shock into a clevis shock mount? Like the sxr and vipers have. Thanks

What are you trying to do?
Use like a SX/SRX shock on a viper?

No, my sxr takes a clevis mount shock, like a viper. I want to put fox floats with an eyelet on it.

The SX uses bolt on brackets for the top eyelet mount, I would think that would work?

Thanks, that looks like what i need. I do not see where the hole is for the bottom bracket bolt on my sled. Is it down by the rubber steering cover? I do see a threaded hole down there. Seems far down, and would go over the plastic.

Mike, SRX has the bracket.
My SX is using Viper shocks, so have no pic of the bracket as I don’t use it with the Clevis shocks.
The reason you only see one threaded hole, is because the upper part of the bracket bolts into the bulkhead, where the clevis type shock would mount, then the bottom bolts to the threaded hole you see.

There is no upper hole, the top part of the bracket attaches to the eyelet.
Look up a 1997 700 SX in the parts Fische, you will see it there.
