Bender was saying engine is happy 8500 +/- 200 rpm, so right around that 8600 range.
They say drill out the outer stock rivets (looks like they are 3.6 grams) and install something between 4.5 and 6.1 grams to prevent over-revving, which also follows the recommendation in your link.
I purchased a new bushing for the helix ($31 shipped) and will get some 4.5 rivets.
