Suspension Help!! Opinions Please

I have a 98 SRX looking to upgrade my suspension. What are your thoughts on a Mono shock Apex suspension? The good the bad and the ugly please. Same question regarding M-10 Thanks for your help.

The mono is a great upgrade and easy to find. M-10 is also a great upgrade but a tad pricey. Both have nice write ups in tech section for swap and many threads about swaps with a quick search. Either will be a nice upgrade.
