The kill switch on my 02 SX Viper stopped 'indenting' the end of last season. It still worked but would not stay down. I purchased part #: 8JP-K717F-10-00 to replace it and it now stays 'indented' but will not shut the engine off. I verified it's plugged in correctly. Is there anything I can troubleshoot to determine why it won't actually kill the motor?

I got it working, just retraced my steps and did it from scratch.
