So a buddy of mine dropped off his 2000 yamaha 600 Vmax to have some work done on it. He asked me to replace the hyfax on his sled. My question is it doesn't look like I can remove them out the back of the sled through the track holes openings. Do you I need to remove the suspension to replace them?
Sliders too big for the track windows or windows dont line up with the rails?

Been doing it for years, read it in a snotech article way back. Simply enlarge the track window on one side, service the slider, rotate the track about 180 and do the same for the other side.
I was thinking of doing something like that
