I currently have the TORS bypassed, when running and apply throttle the tors kicks in, I put a rectifier in because it was bad, changed relays, tried another set of coils, the stator looks new, I disconnected all light wiring, checked all wiring on the left side of sled, disconnected throttle and manually applied throttle at the carbs and still does it. Bought the sled used,Thoughts anyone.

Show or describe how you have the TORS bypassed. That system has 2 switches in parallel where one of the 2 must be closed or the TORS will be activated.
The ones i have bypassed are at the carbs to the harness, the black with yellow stripe and black are connected and at the harness, the yellow with black stripe and brown are together, after all that I changed my cdi just to see, seems better but haven't taken it out, plus i have a light flashing does it in 3's
