2020 vk 540

We bought his and her's 2020 vk 540's yesterday was out first trip out. mixed the gas and oil as suggested. When we were done our day, we both had oil laying in the belly pans under the motors...
Also, when starting the sled after a brief break, the sleds did not want to stay running. Also during the day... neither sled seemed to want to go up hills, they both almost acted like they were flooding out...
Any experience or knowledge would be GREATLY appreciated.

Wondering if the mix gas was just for really cold temps(-25C manual states).My fathers 1996 ET410 when new its first tank of fuel was raw gas.We found this very strange and called the dealer?Dealer said the same,no mix.ET410 is still going strong at near 16000KMs....

if dealer is close, take them back as it could be a leaking fitting on the oil system.

dealer mixed 1st tank of gas? sounding like they might have too much oil in gas or oil pump not set properly. how do the plugs look?
