I have a 1994 500 Vmax and a 1995 600 Vmax, I just finished pulling the carbs from both machines and reinstalled. The 500 runs with no issues (on the trailer) the 600 (on the trailer) is bogging down just over 4000 rpm. If I move the choke to the warm engine position it will run and not bog. Any ideas on where to start.

sounding like you have a plugged jet still in the 600. i have had to clean the carbs a few times on some sleds to get them to run right.
Thanks for everyone’s help, must of picked up something during the reinstall. Pulled the carbs off and re cleaned and all’s well, now I just need some snow lol
If you need choke to keep it running, usually a pilot plugged.
