What really matters is that there are 2 outlet spiggots, and one inlet. The other is for the crankcase. It's just the mounting may not match up, but you should be able to figure that out.

No pro here but whatever pressure the crankcase is putting out would be whatever you need for fuel pressure. Someone may chime in to correct me.

You can rebuild failed ones. Winderosa 451455 is the part number for the gasket kit with membranes. Usually the membranes crack/leak. IMO ethanol is the cause. I just had a phazer pump fail that I rebuilt in I think 2018.
