Overhauling my buddy’s ‘98 SRX. I grenaded. Only one cylinder survived. I have sourced replacement parts and ready to assemble.
I have done the regular parts washing, I use paint thinner, scotch brite, brass wire brush lots of elbow grease And still not satisfied. I even put a (bad) cylinder into a pail with my heavy duty carburetor cleaner. Still didn’t clean it the way I hoped.
anyone got a secret weapon to get’r nice and clean! Maybe even bright?
