Just picked up a fairly nice Excel for my son to learn on. It is a project and was super cheap. The biggest issue is the seat. The cover is completely toast, the wooden base is rotted and the foam is split/torn in half. I can probably glue the foam back together but some of it is missing completely where it hugs the tank. Does anyone have a used seat with decent foam? Any idea on where I can buy the foam?

that is looking like a 2 up seat from the picture. might be able to get away with one from an enticer or et410. i know i need to replace the wood on betsy this year as the one on the sled has rotted out and i bought that one brand new from yamaha about 7-8 years ago as the only thing that was still decent was the foam and it was tired too.
