Hey guys,
I have a 92 750 VMax that I can't find anything anymore for the 880 big bore kit. Has anyone done the 700SX pistons in a vmax making it a 9XX? If so what did you use for head gaskets? Those pistons are readily available, though I'll have to have the cylinders bored and sleeved. Any other info?

Might wanna check out some DT175 pistons.

The Vmax4 750 has 16mm wrist pin. The 700 SX/SXR has 20mm wrist pin. The 800 Vmax4 is 18mm.

For the record, we have 3 Vmax4s that are set up to run bigger pistons than originally. One is a ‘92 with 68mm pistons ( 865cc). One is a ‘95 that has 69.5 mm pistons (904 cc). The other is a ‘93 with 65mm pistons and ported stock 800 cylinders. ( 800 cc). Unfortunately, all of them require custom pistons. They are strong running monsters though.
