Yamaha phazer 2 trouble

Hi I have a 93 phazer 2 that is giving me some trouble. I cleaned the carbs because it was only running on 1 cylinder, but when I reinstalled the carbs and ran it it was getting how and the plugs show it is running lean. I don’t know where to start to try and fix this problem. It running great and on both cylinders now with 2 new plugs it’s just running lean and hot.

take the ducting off on the motor and re torque the heads. uncle had them come loose on his and it would only run on 1 cylinder.

after that, it is time to check all the crank seals, fan belts and carb boots to see if they are leaking. i hope it is using injection oil as that being adjusted lean will cause that qas well.

I have added some mix oil to the gas just in case I have been reading it could be caused by choke cable adjusted wrong so I might check that first is this a possibility
