got a vmax4 runs good wont turn off with key or kill switch switch and key ohms out good what could it be

how do i get this sled to turn off ??? checked all the grounds where are the ground blocks 92 vmax4

usually on the older sleds, it would just ground out the coils when you hit the kill switch or turned ign off. sounding like you need to go through the wiring harness and make sure all the grounds are good as well as the ground blocks.
