Has anyone run the Bender big bore pipes on a stock SRX?
If so, do they at least make the same power as the stock pipes?

I just found a set of ceramic coated pipes that I bought years ago and forgot about, and was thinking of using them instead
of the Power Inc. pipes I had on it.

Any info or insight is appreciated

On my 2002 SRX 700 I ran the stock pipes, Ceramic coated Aaen pipes, Ceramic coated Power Inc end dumps, and finally Bender Big Bore pipes. My SRX was a ported 788 with 40 mm TMX carbs and honestly I never saw a huge improvement with any of the combinations over the Stock pipes but the BB Benders definitely were better then stock.

So, I was running the power Inc. pipes on my stock SRX, but I found a set of the Bender Big Bores I bought years ago.
The Power Incs were OK, but doubt much better than stock, but nice weight savings.
I would like to give the big bores a try.
Anyone know what RPM they like?
Or possibly have a Bender setup sheet or any info at all on them?

So, I talked to Gerry at Bender racing Canada about some Viper Pipes.
I also asked him about the SRX big bore pipes.
He said you can run them on a stock SRX, and gain about 6 Hp, using stock jetting, and they have a great sound.
Need to run them at no more than 8400 RPM.
Just FYI incase someone else is looking for this info in the future.

I tried pretty well every type of aftermarket pipes on my BB ported 2002 SRX and only pipes that seemed to be of any gain were the Bender BB pipes.
Gerry is a wealth of knowledge on the Yamaha two strokes especially the triples.
