So, trying to find a good paint match for my 2001 SRX running board.
Got several different options from the parts store. Nothing matched as well as I hoped.
So, decided to take a factory painted radius rod down to my local automotive paint store.
He came up with a factory GM color called
BRIGHT SILVER POLY
OEM paint codes for it are:
WA9966 and WA9566
I took that factory painted radius rod, and painted half of it with the new paint, and you
cant tell where the old stops, and the new begins.
So, if you are looking for that Silver paint, this is a great color for it.
