Looks like mine did last time the o-ring on the head gave up. Just enough coolant to wash the piston, head and exhaust but not enough to damage. O-ring looked perfect but was defective and an oem part
So, the pics are from when I tore it apart and replaced the o rings. However, did not look as though the other orings were leaking, but looks like the piston tells another story.
Starting to wonder if the cylinder is cracked.

I replaced all three o-rings and havent had an issue since. I think its more an age issue than mileage issue. All else looked good when I did mine
