Rail scratcher mounting location for transporter lite?

Has anyone been able to mount rail scratchers? Overload springs are taking up most of the rail, possibly could mount under them. Previous owner had cable scratchers mounted at about the bend in the rail, but I can't find any good place on the frame to stow them.
