I might be selling my 03 viper to go too the 4-stroke.it has 3500miles,rip saw,clutching,revalved shocks,yamaha mountain skiis,bender transfer rods.what do you guys think its worth. Thanks
 
i would think for an 03 u would be lucky to get over 4000, but would definately not take anything less than 3500. that would be an acceptable range.
 
Yeah, you guys were in the same ball park as i was thinking.low-3500,high4000.Well Ithink I'll but it up on e-bay and see what happens.
 
I've been watching the viper sales on ebay for a while. About the only decent price was on a 2002 w/567 miles in Indiana...$3701.
Any other 2002s have been under $3000.
Recent 2003 vipers.........brand new in IL at dealer bid up to $4250.....below reserve, is now relisted..........one in Maine with 400 miles bid to $3650, didn't make reserve. Seems like the 4 stroke demand is hurting 2 stroke resale value! Maybe you can get some of the bidders on the Indiana viper interested and get a fair price.

i would say that the new four strokes are DEFINATELY hurting the resale of the two strokes right now. Perfect time to buy up some used sleds :WayCool:
 
Ya in a way i understand that,i was kinda hoping that there were still alot of dye hards out there for the 2 strokes.But i guessing there's not.
 
yamvip.............if it makes you feel any better I'm a diehard 2 stroke fan.........but I already have 4 sleds, including 2 vipers.
Can't drive em all!!! :ORC
