Chest protectors? Pro Teck? Which one to get?

Does anyone wear chest protectors? and if so what do you wear? I never see anyone with one, but it seems like a good idea?

Any thoughts?

tek vest, trail pro best 200 bux ya ever spent. solid front and rear panels. no zipper. i wear them for the other riders riding without a brain. i'm not affraid of people just the devil inside them. ski

Thanks for the reply, I didn't realise there was another thread going! I was wondering what version to buy! The pro looks like the neck part would be in the way? What do you think about the one with out the tall neck?

The fleece collar is removable on the Trail Pro. It zips off if you dont want to use it. Don't begrudge that thing. Comes in real handy when it's -20 deg out.

Tek Vest, Yamaha colors and logo. Clearance sale $125.00 each. Might check with you dealer to see if they have old stock.

Also have the removable upper arm protection.
Collar removed. 30 degrees this day.

So do you wear it over or under your coat? I was hopeing to wear it under my coat.

Worn under your jacket. I found it very easy to get use to wearing. Remove the Zip on collar above 20 degrees (depends how hard you ride) Great piece of safety equipment.
