Im 16 years old, and my dad is buying a 1998 V-Max 600 for me. do you think this is going to be ok for me? im moving up from a 1993 Phazer II (approx. 500)

ya i drove on of them from when i was about 16 untill i was 20 last year whin i got my sxr. those things are bullet proof. had 14000 km on it whin i stopped driving it

i wish my dad would buy me a 1998. i have to buy my own sleds, it was hard to aford my 89 exciter. you should consider your self lucky!

I'm sixteen also and have a 99 vmax sx 600 triple. this sled is bulletproof. PERIOD. if you take care of it, it will take care of you. It's also one of the funnest sleds i've ever rode on besides the RX-1 and a SRX 700.
