why do some people have problems with them burning down sleds? with the viper is their any need of jetting changes? I have heard that you need to run slow when you start up because of heatsoak or something?? what sort of mileage gain can be expected on a pretty near stock 03 viper? ( has a few things like a ripsaw, but no motor mods or clutching at ALL) want something easy to use and worry free thanks guys!
I think it's necessary if you have your sled piped and are constantly changing jets, or operating in extreme elevation changes (more than 4000' feet). I think richierich has the most knowledge about this.
