You may have the limiters too long on the front and I am not sure on that Goodwin kit, but it sounds like you need less tip weight

i think all of those aftermarket clutch kits are pretty much useless, but tom is right, you need to take some weight out of the tip or use a shallower finish angle on the helix

That last VID was very kewl , the only thing that would make it better would be to have a Yamaha in it
