Is it Worth Putting a Single Pipe on a Viper?

My friend got in to trouble for those light covers when he had them on one time no big deal the cops just told him to take them off.

so far i haven't had any problems with running with the light cover, but they are also solid black so i can't use them at night anyway.
when i was shopping for a new sled 3 seasons ago i actually wasn't looking for a viper. i wanted an sxr b/c i wanted to put yellow accessories on it, i loved it when yamaha switched to blue sleds in 98 and 99 and i always thought yellow would look good on them. so i went with a viper b/c they look sweet and my dealer told me about a really nice viper he was taking in on trade, so i went with the viper. and i absolutely love it.
as for different colors with blue, i've seen orange and blue vipers that look real good and the blue vipers with blue accessories just look dull to me. i think i would hafta see a blue and purple one in person. i know the old 94-96 red vmax 600s looked really good with purple add ons

I loved having my sxr decked out in all orange. We did my buddies '98 srx in yellow when he had it, that thing was sharp too. You guys might remember it, it was forsale on here last year. I have gotten in trouble with those light covers, they have told me to take them off several time and said most cops are starting to write tickets for them now. I should clarify this is in michigan, they have a new law against them. Wisconsin doesn't really care about them...yet

yeah, no problems here in ny that i know of. when i went to quebec i didn't use them b/c i didn't know the law up there. i guess they don't care b/c i saw lots of cats with covers and a few vipers with blue covers.

I really like the covers they look so sweet it looks like the sled is alive because the covers make the sled look like it has eyes. :WayCool:
