Any recommendations on shaving the heads on my 79 srx 440. Stock motor and exhaust, Stock porting. It will be used for 500 and 660 ft ice drags. I'm looking for how much to shave off. Don't want to get to crazy though, just a nice clean haircut. Thanks guys.

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A NICE CLEAN HAIRCUT ON A STOCK MOTOR WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT WHAT FUEL TO RUN ON A STOCK ENGINE WITH BOLT ON RESULTS, FIND YOURSELF A SET OF STOCK 78 SRX HEADS. THEY ARE PREFIX 8G9 (yours are 8j0) AND ARE ABOUT A 1/2 cc SMALLER THAN THE 79 HEADS. MIGHT BE EXACT WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR ! 3:16 (tony)
