Hi, I'm 24yrs old and have been riding Golden, Fernie, and Revy (all in BC) for 9yrs. I've bought a M7 last season after starting on a 95 Polaris 550 Fancooled w/ a summit track and then sticking with Ski-doo for a while. I did gave the chance to ride a Turbo RX-1 last season and all I can say is "DOES THIS THING STOP PULLING!!??". The new Apex will be great.
I've got tons of sledding photos on my site to help the summer pass:

Also, my 2nd annual Sledding Calendar is available now:

Enjoy the pics,

This was very early in the season but there was more powder then I had seen in years. It was really mindnumbing how great it was.

All the said powder had been compacted by recent rain. Luckely there was lots of sun to enjoy.

Again not the best snow, but not a bad trip overall

I sold my 2001 800 Highmark X and bought a slightly used 2005 M7. A much lighter sled and better for jumping. I still need to work some things out on it though. It's currently at the dealership getting warrenty work since some important parts fell off.

The powder was actually not bad this trip. Visibility however, was terrible. When my Brother's turn to go off a cornace came he did not give it enough gas and landed really nose heavy and went over the bars. The sled went downhill by itself and hit a tree just before going off a cliff.

Again not great snow, but we at least got to test some objective hillclimbing abilities of my M7 against my Dad's REV 800 151". My sled did not win but I have lots of excuses as to why.

This is a wicked riding area. If there was a foot of powder it would be heaven.
The day was pretty slow until on the way out I saw a decent cliff. I eyed it up for 20min and got a fellow rider in position with my camera and took off. Hardpack hurts the boys.

On the trail out I was doing ~120km/h into a corner. I hit some really packed snow, hit the edge of the trail sideways with the track locked up and the sled and I flipped off the edge and down. A fellow rider was 1/2 a second behind me and kept straight but ejected from the sled in the air. His sled went through a 5" tree right after he got off. We were both really lucky and took it easy for a few km after.

Another decent riding area, but very easy to get into trouble if you are not carefull. We rode around for a bit and I found a cool drop which I hid a little fast on the 3rd try. Ouch.

This is an annual event which I'm sure most of you have heard about. If you've never been to this I recommend it!

The snow sucked, but it's getting late in the season. We met up with a Doo sponsored rider and he did some tailwhips for me. My Bro and I got to ride a wicked Turbocharged RX-1. Talk about power! I had to ride a borrowed for sled the rest of the day after the M zonked out but it still turned out to be a great day except for the fact that I had a nasty landing on my knee at the very end of the day and I'm still recovering from it.
