Those are some of the best snowmobiling shots I have ever seen, thanks for sharing them with us. Sinjin
If you guys want to see more of his pics check out SnoWest. He has tons on there and can really frame a shot. Takes considerable..uh hum..."courage" to get in some of the spots where his pictures are taken. I will definitely be ordering a calendar!!!!

I'd say it takes very big harry courage to do some of that. See I could do it, but I'd use plain old Iowa stupidity to accomplish it. LOL Maxdlx

Thanks guys, I think sledding is my favorite thing to photograph. Many of the shots are from a helicopter courtesy of Mountain Mod Mania or Thunderstruck Films. Yes that is a video camera on the RC chopper.
I think I have some more TRX-1 photos somewhere.
1/2 of the pics last season where taken with a Canon 300D Digital SLR.
I use a Canon 70-200mmF4L and Tamron 17-35mmF2.8 lens.
The 2nd 1/2 of the pics from last season where taken with a Canon 20D body seen here:
And Adobe Photoshop of course.

Heck, he's on the cover of the calendar, plus on the Thunderstruck trip series quite a bit.
Have you riden with him?

Most people don't roll their sleds much all that much. I've been riding for 8+ years and have only done it once or twice in the mountains with no damage since the snow was pretty soft.
The prices are here at the bottom:
