Purchasing 89 phazer,anything i should check or know about?

Any problems with these sleds? what should i look feel or listen for? how fast should it go?

definetly check the track, phazers came with pittiful tracks, check if the suspension is good, look for any dents and cosmetics. My friend's 93 phazer only goes 65 and my other friend has a 90 and it can almost do 100, so they vary anything between there should be good.
