Track alignment

I'm not sure what you mean by adjust it to the right.
You loosen the wheels and adjust the track tension on either side so the track runs evenly. Adjusting to the right could mean either tightening or loosening the track depending on the other side.
 
The reveal of the track by the wheels is greater on the left side than the right.

This happened after installing transfer rods. I did not get the track adjusted properly.
 
you would tighten the right a little bit then. after you tighten the right start the egine run the treck around once or twice then check it again.
 
I have tightened the right side, maybe too much. But track is staying too far left. Is there a way of maybe loosening everything and starting over.
 
Alignment

Loosen the axle bolts also. But I'm pretty sure the track will move away from what ever side you tighten. Think of it this way, the axle is not square to the track so it will try to walk off the axle. Jason
 
This works for me...

"if things are close on the right (most reveal on left), then tighten right"...

The diagrams and instructions in Yami's books are terrible.... They even go through the trouble of rotating relevant images 90 degrees....They also call a "shifted to right" a track shift to the left...very confusing

above applies when standing behind sled looking at track....
