1 1/4 ripsaw track on a viper

Any tips for this install?

I would like to retain the tunnel protectors and the heat exchanger protectors.

I put one in my Viper & left the tunnel protectors & heat exchanger protectors in. I had to trim 1 set of lugs slightly right where the heat exchanger protectors would rub to get the driveshaft in. After I trimmed those 2 spots on the one row everything slid right in. I just let it wear in by itself after that and have had 0 problems.
