Up in Canada I have had great luck with Shell Ultra advance synthetic & Co-op XLS synthetic. The Shell stuff has very poor viscosity at colder temps for a synthetic & if you are running a high compression sled it is wicked hard to pull over at -10 & colder. the Co-op is better that way & both oils are easy on powervalves.
You can get Ipone at Royal in Canada. There has to be a dealer in the States somewhere. When you go to clean your power valves you will have big smile on your face. They will wipe clean with a rag. It exceeds all specifications ever for a two stroke oil and it pours at -54 celius. It really does smell like strawberries. I bought a new FXR suit last winter and it doesn't even have the that ol' two stroke oil smell at all. The suit smells like new.

I used Yamalube for the first year and switch to Amsoil. I live in Thompson Manitoba and it doesn't get much colder than here. Never had a problem with Amsoil. i use it in My SRX and Vmax-4.
