Brought home my 4 place enclosed trailer last weekend. It was new last season. The rear door has three hinges that a greasable. The front door has a rubber snow cover over the hinges, no grease nipples visable. You guessed it. The front door was seized solid. Had to cut the rubber snow cover off and use Ox-Acet heat to get it to free up the hinges. Learned a big lesson. Grease ever door hinge after each ride and in the spring before storage. Pace American needs to rethink the rubber gasket idea.

for sure, all hinges as well as wheel bearings should be lubed/greased each spring before storage.
storing your trailer out of the weather (under a roofed building) will help prevent alot weather wear on the trailer also.
