153 1.7 track issue???

I want to put a 1.7 153'' arctic cat track on my 121 1998 vmax 700 xtc and want to know if the paddle will hit without modification??? If it will need modded, what shud I do to make it fit? and hoo makes 121 to 153 rail extensions?

here is a link with a lot of extensions. you will need to remove tunnel and front heat exchanger protectors if you have them and you will probably need 8 tooth drivers too, although im not totally sure on the drivers. http://www.mountainperformance.com/yamaha_rear_suspension.htm

Oh I almost Forgot, does anyone know if 151 rails will fit a 153 track? is there enuff adjustment?

if you have extrovert drivers i think you could run a loose track and it should work, i would double check with mtn perf or someone else that does a lot of this stuff.

if the sled is stock you dont have them. talk to richmotorsports (site sponsor) he sells them and could help you with extensions and anything else you need.
