Looking at Benders Reaction suspension for my Viper. Any thaughts on how it will compare to the M-10?

It will transfer weight beyyer than m-10.It will be easier on slides. And it won't kill your top end like the m-10

Depends what kind of riding your doing.I personally would go with a polaris edge skid, mono,or expert of fsat trail riding or lake racing. The reason I wouldn't get a m-10 is because I do alot of lake racing and I don't want to kill mytop end mph.

I would get the mono because it is strong, saves some weight and is less money than either an m-10 or expert.

I'm more interested in the ride quality in the bumps between the two.

I've done a lot of research on the M-10 and Expert X. This is what I've determined.

M-10: Better overall ride than the expert.
Loss of top end.
Top end loss can be corrected with 8" wheel kit.
Tricky to dial in.

Price: $1500 + $220 for wheel kit = $1720 (OUCH)

Expert X: Awsome weight transfer.
Looks cool.
Prone to broken parts compared to the M-10.
Potential for ice build-up.
Easy to dial in

Price: $1500

If the Mono-Shock is anyways near the ride of the others, for $995, I'm in.

it rides fantastic, and has been compared to the m-10 from what I recall. the m-10 isnt really anythign special anymore. what set it apart is now standard on a lot of the new sleds.

you got a bit of your stuff mixed up there. the expert x is NOT prone to breaking. the m-10 however has been prone to breaking. m-10 is a mogul pounder while the expert is usually for lining up on the lakes and what not, but it still can soak up the bumps well, just may not be as good as the m-10.

Could be. But, I talked with a guy from ccperformance who sells both and claims he had several expert buyers come back with damage and no M-10 problems. Either way, the Mono seems really tempting. Wonder if I would be able to convert back to my pro-action if I chose to sell?

Got one ordered for my SRX. If you want one, order it soon. Mine is not scheduled to ship untill mid to late October, and I ordered it right after Haydays. They come with a very nice Penske Racing shock with way more adjustment than the stock Yamaha shock. There is also a titanium spring option for you guys with way too much cash.

here is the picture of parts

wow, what an awsome kit for the money, way cheaper than the M10! Does anyone know if it would be possible to mount this kit on an older Vmax 600 or Vmax4? I know the tunnel is wider on the 94-96 Vmaxs but maybe some spacers? This is a really decent price for this suspension imho.

says it is only for the 97 and up pro action chassis sleds, but I guess nearly ANYTHING can be retrofitted. email and ask is what I would say, ya never know
