I was wondering if the srx hoods would fit on a Vmax sx chassis. The srx hoods look more beefy

Srx Hood On A Sx
change your belly pans and put the hood on...........much better looking than that narrow front of the sx......
used rt & lf pans (center is the same)used on here run about 80.00 vs 145.00 pr new from a dealer....and invest in a box of rivets....

arent the sx and the srx the same exact chassis?

Yes, they are the same chassis but a SRX has a different shaped bellypan and hood. SRX hood is rounder. Note the roundness of the hood on my SRX in my avatar. It is way rounder than the one on your SX.

dosent the srx hood also have the bump on the exhust side to fit the tripples in?

yes, it does. honestly, people will then expect you to be an srx and think you are faster than you are, oposite of the sleeper idea
