As of right now, 3:04 am eastern time, I was wondering to myself, "what does other people do for work besides me." There must be better jobs then what I am doing out there. For me, I am a security guard at a International Corporation, but, I hate shift work. I was just curious what other jobs you guys have if you dont mind.

Village Civil Engineer for the town just west of where I live. Good steady work (if you disregard all the complaining Residents). Compared to all the travel I did with the consultant firm I was with before here you can’t beat it. I go home for Lunch just about every day.
;)!

I am in automotive assembly for DaimlerChrysler at the Warren Truck assembly plant. They build Dodge Ram 1500 quad cabs the new dakotas and new mitsubishi Raider Pick-up. I work in the chassis dept installing 35 pound lower control arms. I install one every 48 seconds. Tuff work but pays the bills

I manage 1st operations at the Caterpillar plant in Aurora Il. We build from cradle to grave Excavators and Wheel loaders. No complaints

You guys don't build the 315CL's there do you? We have a 2003 we got brand new. I'm pretty sure ours came from over sees, we were told they actually come out of the mitsubishi plant. Any truth to this?

family business, 3/4 seasonal and we are about to shut off the water. about 100 places, and only 15-20 live here. closed the pool a few weeks ago so that has slowed down. all winter I plow the park out and sand. leaves PLENTY of time to ride, so I NEED SNOW!!! www.merrymeetingriver.com

Family Business here too. We buy and sell used farm machinery and construction eguipment all over the US, Can, and Mexico. Shift work may suck some days, and my job may be come and go as you please, but when you have to run 2400 miles unload twice and reload once in 2.5 days, you'd wish you where on an 8 hour shift. LOL Maxdlx
