Risers

K i went to the yamaha dealer today and order set of bars and a riser block. The block is 4". My sled is a 98 srx so i believe the cables are already going through the air box. Now if i put cables from a 01 srx on, which i believe are longer then the 98's would i still have to extend some cables?

yes you will have to order mountain max cables. Thats what I had to do on my viper and it had 3 " risers.

if your going higher than 2" you might want to get an articulated riser. that way you can move the bars forward and not just push you back farther.

So mountain Max cables are long enough for a 01 srx with a 4 inch pivot riser?
