just bought a 99 vmax 700, have a few accessories on it and a mbrp can, any other suggestions to give it more horses/speed/throttle response for a good price ?

reed spacers or notch, if your clutching is stock you need to make some changes and thinner head gasket. These are all cheap HP and performance gains.

dump the can and get a full exhaust system. For the 700, you'll gain a strong 25hp by itself. It really changes the sled. You'll know the differance right away.

Pipes, CLUTCHING, reed spacers, peel a layer, transfer rods, good 1" or 1.25" track, and studs.

Are you going to pipe it or not. Let us know what your plans are for the motor or if you will leave it stock and then we can set you up clutching wise. Are you going to race it alot, or trail ride it.

well i dont race organized just for fun/sometimes an organized drag for a laugh, i am planning on keeping the can and goin with the reed spacers, what clutching will be best with that ?
