Ok, when i was transferring money from my paypal account to my checking account it said if i was transfering more than 150 USD there would be no fee. Then when the money finally transferred it took off 70 Bucks! I transferred WELL OVER 150 USD!
Thats not right, get ahold of them. It cost us in the States nothing to transfer money. If they give you any gruff just have them put it all back in you paypal account. Maxdlx

I can not find a place where I can contact them and I really do not want to phone? Is phoning the only option?
Cuz, I have been with paypal for some time and other then the normal purchase charge I was never charged a fee.
He's transfering to Canada, so there might be a fee, but thats steep.
