Ok guys. I have re-decked a homemade aluminum trailer. I am trying to keep it cheap, but I don't want to leave the deck bare and have new carbides chew it up. You guys got any cheap options? I have a track I can use for the center...I just don't want to spend 120 bucks for the guides or ski boots.. It's a 8 foot trailer...

find a cheap truck bedliner or you might find one for free because people are are going to spray-ins and cut it to what you want

thats exactly what i did and it works great for all sleds because you can cut them wider then the ones you buy too. also i flipped mine upside down. i think that the work better this way. thats MO

I got some bed liners at the junk yard. You will find alot of old trucks with them.

For ski guides use garage door trim you can buy at Home Depot!!!! I just cut old hyfax's and drill them in where the track lines up.

Bucky, could you elaborate a bit on the garage door trim? It sounds like a great idea, but I'm not sure what you're referring to exactly. -Thanks!
