Describe your rpm's from start to finish. Sounds like you may have an overrev significant enough to lose a lot of power.

From a dead stop with the unstudded ripsaw the rpms shoot to 86-8700 at wot then on top end climbs to 8900-9000 rpm.

Are you using an old belt? That will make sled overrrev. Try the red secondary spring at 80 instead of the green.Also change the inner rivet from a 3.6 gram to a 4.5.

The belt was new,about 100 miles on it.I'll try the 4.5 rivet.The green spring is what comes stock in the secondary? I will buy the red and give that a shot.
